Adam is our hard working and dedicated Principal Solicitor and the founder of Oswald Legal. Although he is based in Karratha, Adam consistently visits our Joondalup office to meet with Perth based clients.

Amy Barcock

Amy is based in our Karratha office. Prior to moving to Karratha, Amy worked in a number of law firms in Perth where she gained experience in civil law, primarily in the areas of general commercial litigation, construction law, and insurance law. As a Karratha local herself, Amy is dedicated to helping clients in the Pilbara community with their legal needs and deliver outstanding results.

Mariana is a law graduate with an international bachelor’s degree in criminology that moved to Australia in 2016. Jenette Harris
Office Manager
Jenette joined Oswald Legal in December 2023 as Practice Manager.
Jenette has over 30 years’ experience working within the legal industry working across multiple areas of law and gaining experience in Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Law both in the UK and here in Western Australia.
Jenette is always looking to implement new procedures within the firm to ensure the smooth running of the office. Jenette is passionate about customer service and supporting the staff at Oswald Legal to provide high quality services for its clients. Jenette’s understands the importance of empathy and transparency when dealing with clients during what can be extremely difficult and stressful times.
In her spare time Jenette has spent many years involved in animal rescue. She also likes to spend her spare time working out and exploring the shores of Western Australia.
